The Training Unit is looking to add to Deputy Overall’s Memorial Cabinet at the Training Center. We are looking for pictures of other items to keep Deputy Overall’s legacy alive.

6th Annual Never Quit – #664 Challenge

A tribute Workout of the Day (WOD), dedicated to Deputy Eric Overall

Start with a 664 Meter Run (664 represents his badge number). Then complete two complete rounds (2 represents his children) of the following:

11 Push-ups (11 represents the month of Death)
22 KB Swings (22 represents his years of service)
23 Wall Balls (23 represents his day of death)
50 Goblet Squats (50 represents his age)

After completing two sets, finish with a 2017 Meter Run (2017 represents his year of death). Training will be conducted outside in an open air environment pending weather.
